Welcome to Jan’s RV Park & Lodge, Leeds, North Dakota!

Check-In

Please register and deposit rent in the drop box in the entry to the left as you come in the north door.

Jan’s Lodge Pricing:

$200 for 24 hours

The first 6 adults are included in the $200 per night rent. Each adult surpassing the initial 6, must pay $25 per night.

Kids under age 16 stay free.

All guests that spend the night at Jan’s Lodge must be accounted for when payment is made.

Check out time is approximately 24 hours after check in.

Check-Out

Please leave building in good condition. Check-out time is 24 hours from when you checked-in.

Please DO:

  1. If you have rearranged any furniture please put back in original location. Stack chairs and wipe down tables and place in original location.
  2. Wipe down counters and wash dishes.
  3. Take trash to dumpster.
  4. Leave beds unmade or leave a note indicating which beds have been slept in. This is so that I know which beds need to be having bedding replaced.
  5. In general, tidy up.
  6. Lower heat to 60 degrees upon leaving.
  7. Lock the south door and the inside north door.

Please DO NOT:

  1. Wash bedding or towels, unless staying for an extended period of time.
  2. Replace sheets on beds, unless staying for an extended period of time.
  1. HAVE FUN!
  2. Please leave the area in good condition, as you have found it. If any damage has occurred, please notify Jan. Damage must be paid for by the renter.
  3. The Lodge is a huge building to clean, anything you can do to make my job easier is much appreciated. Refer to checkout procedures for more info.
  4. No smoking. Smoking permitted on front or back porch. Please put cigarette butts in receptacles.
  5. Pets are allowed. Do not leave pets unattended unless they are kenneled. No pets on the furniture or beds. Dog waste must be disposed of.
  6. All guests that spend the night at Jan’s Lodge must be accounted for when payment is made. The first 6 adults are included in the $200 per night rent. Each adult surpassing the initial 6, must pay $25 per night.
  7. Hunters & Fisherpersons

  8. Clean birds/fish in the field. Do not clean bird/fish in or near building.
  9. Double bag all birds/fish entrails before disposing in dumpster. Bags for this use are located in the lower cabinet near the sink in the kitchen.
  10. Park boats/trailers on the east side of building or to the northwest of the building, near the gravel. If you go too far to the south or west, it is soft at times and you may get stuck.

Air Conditioner

Push center circular button to turn off and on. Adjust temperature by pushing up or down arrow.

Breaker Box

Located in store room that is next to registration area.

Door Locks

The first door that you enter on the north end of the building is usually left unlocked. This ensures 24 hour access to the restroom for RV park customers and others who pay to use the facility. The second door is usually locked. This is where you enter the 4 digit code. Please be sure to lock this door and the south door that faces the highway when you leave.

Located in the cabinet in the interior restroom.

Heat

The heat for the entire building is controlled by the thermostat that is to left as you enter the locked north door. It is in-floor hot water heat. If you adjust the temperature, it may take a few hours to achieve the desired setting. The boiler is located in store room next to registration box. During the cold weather months, please lower heat to 60 degrees upon checkout.

Hot Water Heater

Located in closet in the northwest corner of the kitchen.

Iron & Board

Located in closet in the northwest corner of the kitchen.

Light Switches

The main bank of light switches is in the hallway, to the left as you come in the north door. This set of switches will control all of the overhead lights in the main room of the Lodge.

Trash

Dumpster located to the northwest of building.

Check-In

RENT DUE AT TIME OF CHECK IN. Please register & deposit rent in the drop box in the entry to the left as you come in the north door.

Jan's RV Park Pricing

RV Sites: $24/Night    $125/Week    $375/month
This price is for 4 adults. Any adults exceeding the initial 4, must pay $3 extra per night. Kids under 16 stay free.

Tent Sites: $12/Night

This price is for 4 adults. Any adults exceeding the initial 4, must pay $3 extra per night. Kids under 16 stay free.

Showers

Showers are $5 per person for unregistered customers. There is no charge for anyone that uses the shower that is staying at Jan's RV Park & Lodge.

Passport America accepted for the first night.

Check-Out

Please leave site in good condition. Report any damage to Jan.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am.

DAMAGE

Please leave the area in good condition, as you have found it. If any damage has occurred, please notify Jan. Damage must be paid for by the renter.

SMOKING

If you smoke, please put cigarette butts in receptacles. DO NOT THROW BUTTS ON THE GROUND.

PETS

Pets are allowed. Do not leave pets unattended outdoors. Dog waste must be disposed of in a plastic bag. The best area to potty your pet is in the open area to the west.

BACKFLOW

There is an anti-backflow valve on each water spigot. Please be sure NOT to remove valve when you remove your hose. If your hose is leaking, get a gasket for your hose so that water is not wasted.

EXTRA VEHICLES   |   TRAILERS

Extra vehicles, boats and trailers may be parked to the north east of the Lodge building (do not go too far south or you may get stuck) or to the west of the parking lot (do not go too far south or west or you may get stuck).

CAMPFIRES

A fire ring is located to the east of the Lodge building. Fire wood may be purchased at the Envision Cenex convenience store located across the street to the east. PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE AND DON'T BURN IF IT IS WINDY OR DRY OR IF THE SIGN IS POSTED AT THE FIRE RING. Also, please note that campfires may be completely restricted when the fire danger is high. Fires must never be higher than 1 1/2 feet. Fire rings are for firewood ONLY - Food scraps, cigarette butts, plastic, aluminum cans, bread ties etc. do not belong. Never leave fires unattended!!! Always extinguish fires completely when leaving them for any amount of time.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are open 24 hours a day. Please leave restrooms as you would like to find them. If they are in need of attention, please notify Jan. This restroom will remain available only under the condition that the privilege is not abused.

TRASH

All trash should be in sealed plastic bags. Trash bags should be placed in the dumpster at the west in of the parking lot. Only registered guests may use the dumpster. No outside trash may be brought in. No trash outside the dumpster. CLOSE LIDS SECULEY WITH TIE-DOWNS AFTER DUMPSTER USE.

CLOTHES LINES

Do not string clothes lines or ropes to dry clothing, etc.

TENTS

Please refer to Tent Section.

Cleanliness of the park is important to us. 

Sites are to be kept clean and orderly.

Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund.  Guests and their visitors agree to use the campground at their own risk. The management and owners are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to persons, pets or property.  We reserve the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that we deem necessary.

Do not use the restroom for any type of cleaning or rinsing of birds/fish or for washing dishes.


Price to tent is $12 per night per tent. That price is for 4 adults over the age of 16. Any adults over the initial 4, must pay $3 per night per person. Kids stay free.

Refer to Jan's RV Park Rules section for rules that apply to tenters and RVers. Refer to Emergency & Medical section for emergency procedures.

The tent area is directly east of the Lodge building, near the lilac tree. You may run a cord from the east side of the building if you require electricity. Unless you have permission from Jan, please do not use any other area for tenting.

The outhouse or interior restroom (that includes a shower), is located at the north end of the Lodge is available for you use.

INTERNET:

There are 2 WiFi lines at Jan's RV Park & Lodge. One serves the interior of of the Lodge & the other serves the RV Park.

Emergency Weather

The Leeds Public School is the shelter for emergency weather evacuation. On 2nd Ave, which is the street going past Jan's RV Park & Lodge, take a left. Go 3.5 blocks and take a right. Go 2 blocks to the school.

During the summer, the only door that is unlocked is the east door. If the door is locked, call Robert Bubach at 701-466-2420 or 701-303-0095 or Gary Rolle at 701-466-2832 or 701-230-0246.

As an alternative, evacuate to the Envision Cenex Travel Center across the street to the east of Jan's RV Park & Lodge.
